What's the cancellation policy?

Change or cancel any visit for free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours there is a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations are charged in full.

How is my price determined?

Square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of clean, how often you book and any extras. Plans save 10% every 4 weeks, 15% every 2 weeks or 20% weekly from the second visit on, since the first is regular price. Unsure of your square footage? A best guess is fine, and it's confirmed before the first clean.

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. Your pro arrives with professional-grade products and every tool, vacuum included, and all of it is part of your price.

When am I charged?

Only after your clean is finished. No card is needed to request online: the team takes it by phone or sends a secure payment link. All major credit and debit cards work.

Do I need to be home?

Your call. Share a door code, lockbox or key, or be there if you'd rather. Both work.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome. Tell us how to handle yours and whether they like to dart out the door. Shy pets are happiest in another room during the clean.
